The RV site provided a solid experience for our holiday in Canada. It was conveniently close to Whistler Village, which made our biking adventures easy to access. The maintenance staff were incredibly helpful, lending us equipment when we faced issues. However, the proximity to the playground and car park might not suit those looking for a quieter stay.

The RV site was fine for us, but being close to the car park and playground means it could be noisy for those seeking tranquility.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The cabins I stayed in were clean and offered a rustic feel, close to beautiful walking and biking trails, which I loved. However, other guests had issues with the site assignments, lack of support from the staff, and evictions from reserved spots. It seems that while the location is great, the management needs to improve their communication and service.

The cabin I stayed in was clean but had a rustic charm that made it feel like camping while still being close to amenities.

My experience at this campground was mixed. While the location is nice and it’s easy to reserve a site online, I was disappointed with the service and amenities. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, and check-in was frustrating due to unclear communication. Overall, I may consider returning for the location, but the management really needs to improve their operational processes.

The camping spots felt very narrow and a bit claustrophobic, which made it less enjoyable.

The service was lacking; I had trouble getting help when I needed it, and there were multiple miscommunications.

The coffee shop had very limited hours, and when we arrived, it was already closed, which was disappointing.

Facilities like the Wi-Fi and shower services were inadequate, falling short of expectations for the price we paid.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The RV site was conveniently located close to Whistler Village, but the surrounding area was noisy with kids and other RVs, which made for some disruption during the night. While the maintenance staff were incredibly helpful, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The value for what I paid could definitely be better, especially since I had issues with the cleanliness during my stay.

Rooms
5.0
Unfortunately, the room needed a thorough dusting as I found cobwebs and dust, especially behind the bed. It was a real letdown, especially given the price I paid for an upgrade.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and quite helpful, especially the maintenance guy who really came through when we had some issues with our RV. However, some communication felt lacking.
Location

The location was pretty good, just a short walk to Whistler Village, which was nice. However, it was also a bit noisy at night with all the RVs parked nearby.
Dining
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but the noise level due to the RVs and the playground nearby made it less enjoyable if you're looking for peace and quiet.

6.0/10

The campsite is conveniently located close to Whistler village, making it easy to explore the area. However, the facilities were underwhelming, especially for the price I paid. I encountered issues with cleanliness and the service was disappointing at times, particularly from a staff member who was not very accommodating. Overall, while it has great potential due to its location, the lack of facilities and poor service tarnished my experience.

Rooms
6.0
The campsites were not very large and offered little privacy, but they were adequate for our needs. I wish they were more regularly cleaned to avoid the dust buildup, especially since I found some of my clothes on the floor covered in dust.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly at times, but my experience with the young girl at the counter was quite frustrating. Instead of being helpful, she dismissed my questions with an attitude.
Location
9.0
The campsite's proximity to the village is fantastic, making it ideal for walking to various attractions and the Scandinavian spa for relaxation.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
There was a lack of open facilities, which was disappointing. I found it hard to believe they couldn't manage to keep at least some amenities available during our stay.
